Marina S. De Rosa begins her career at Ernstrom & Dreste, LLP. Marina assists the firm in all aspects of construction and surety claims and litigation, including a wide range of matters and topics such as: performance and payment bond claims and defaults, change orders, extra work and indemnification disputes, mechanic’s liens, termination issues and guidance, delay damages, preparation of pleadings and legal memoranda, motion practice, document discovery and deposition preparation.
Marina graduated cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law in 2022. While in law school, she was an Associate Editor of the Journal of Science and Technology and a member of the Travis H.D. Lewin Advocacy Honor Society. In the Advocacy Honor Society, Marina was a member of the Trial Division where she competed in the Tournament of Champions and the National Trial Competition, placing first in the Region with her partner at the 2021 National Trial Competition. Marina was awarded the Lee S. Michaels Advocate of the Year Award, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocate Award, and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers.
Marina is also a magna cum laude graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice, a minor in Creative Writing and a certificate in U.S. Intelligence Studies.
