Thomas K. O’Gara received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics cum laude from Siena College in Loudonville, New York, in May of 2006. While in college, Mr. O’Gara played four years of Division 1 Lacrosse serving as team captain his senior year. Mr. O’Gara received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University in 2009 where he was the winner of Karen C. McGovern Senior Prize Trials and the Recipient of Judge Merle Nahum Fogg, Jr. ’45 Moot Court Prize. Also during law school, Mr. O’Gara was a semifinalist in the Donna Jo Morse Negotiation Competition and a teaching fellow for criminal law and evidence courses. Upon graduation, Mr. O’Gara was admitted to the Justinian Society, Albany Law School’s honorary scholarship society. Practice Areas:
